The world of Roses has been changing, and there are colors, perfumes, forms, and habits for every garden situation. Dedicated Rose breeders have continued the mysterious process and long-term commitment it takes to combine the best attributes of different varieties into new forms that simply did not exist 25 years ago. Hybrid Teas are now lovely and long-blooming beauties that shrug off most pests. Shrub Roses that were always hardy and long-lived have learned to bloom for months instead of weeks. And there is a group of long-blooming types so utterly carefree that they are simply called “Landscape Roses.” In short, Roses have improved at the same rate as automobiles, and if you're still driving the horticultural version of a Corvair, our offerings will open your eyes. The basic needs for Roses: Six hours or more of direct sun per day and a fertile, reasonably moist soil. Our Roses are #1 grade, bareroot, except as noted.
